- If anyone injures themselves or their property is damaged or lost as a result of misusing the information or the products sold on the site, Pure Skin Serums is not liable under any circumstances. Neither the products nor any information given in the website are intended to, or claim to, diagnose, treat, alter, cure or prevent any skin disease or condition. You use Pure Skin Serum products entirely at your own risk. Pure Skin Serum uses the strongest possible encryption to protect personal data, but the Internet isn’t 100% secure, so you do transmit data at your own risk.
- Given their organic nature, all Pure Skin Serum products are made in small batches to ensure premium quality. Inconsistencies and minor variations will occur from batch to batch, which is considered normal, and will be accepted by you as the buyer.
- The products on the site are for your personal use only. If you are interested in becoming a reseller or stockist, please contact us.
- Like our products, we have carefully crafted our Pure Skin Serum brand, which means that you may not copy the names, logos, trademarks, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and/or written materials on the website without our permission. If you are selling Pure Skin Serum products, contact us and we will share all the marketing elements you need.
- We price everything in South African Rand and do not charge VAT, as we are not VAT registered.
- When you place an order you agree to our terms and conditions and we agree to deliver your products as long as they are paid for and are in stock.
- As a rule of thumb, we don’t accept returns given the organic nature of our products. However, if we have made a mistake with your order or the product is defective or damaged, please contact us on info@pureskinserums.co.za within 5 days after receiving your product(s). We do offer exchanges, equal to the initial purchase price, based on a case-by-case evaluation.
- Your privacy is important to us and we will never share your personal information. We reserve the right to contact you directly via e-mail when we deem it necessary, including to offer you any personalised information or rewards.
- We may need to update these terms from time to time. We reserve the right to do so and post them here.
MOTHERS DAY PROMOTION 2023 – The Promotion runs from Monday 08 May 2023 and ends Saturday 13th May 2023. Any purchases made via our online store that are at or above R400 will automatically add you to the draw. The draw will take place on Mother’s Day, Sunday 14th May 2023 and the winner will be announced via our social media channels. Winners will be contacted via email or phone to notify them of their success and shipping will be arranged at the cost of Pure Skin Serums. Competition is only open to residents of South Africa that reside within South African borders. You must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for this prize.
Entry to the competition is limited to purchases made on Pure Skin Serums online store at pureskinserums.co.za. The prize is non-transferable and can only be used once. Every successful purchase within the time frame of the promotion is deemed an entry.
By participating in the Mother’s Day 2023 promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. Pure Skin Serums reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Pure Skin Serums is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may prevent a customer from completing a purchase. Pure Skin Serums reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Mother’s Day promotion, or to disqualify any entry who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.
By participating in the Mother’s Day promotion, you release Pure Skin Serums from any liability, damages, or claims arising from your purchasing choice. This clause shall survive any termination or expiration of these terms and conditions.

Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email. We make use of third party platforms in order to conduct our business. When an order is placed, billing data is sent via API to Payfast as a payment gateway. Shipping data is sent via API to The Courier Guy as our courier partner. If you subscribe to our email list, your data is sent via API to our Mailchimp audience contacts.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
