Given the farm-to-bottle purity of our ingredients and our commitment not to use artificial stabilisers, we recommend storing your products in a cool place (preferably the fridge). For best results, do not keep for longer than 30 days.
Absolutely, our products can be used by everyone, including teenagers over the age of 13. As with all beauty products, we advise doing a patch test first in the unlikely event of any allergies from occurring.

Our average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days. That said, because our products are handmade, lead times may vary.
We have partnered with Payfast as our payment gateway, who make it incredibly easy and safe to make purchases via our website. Simply choose from the many options that Payfast offers when you are ready to check out your cart.
Yes. To cancel your order, call us on 021 790 7165 or e-mail us at info@pureskinserums.co.za. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it no problem. However, if it has already gone out, you will need to courier it back to our warehouse/office at your own cost.

Oh dear! If we sent the incorrect products we apologise and will happily exchange it. We will also pay the courier costs for you to return the items to us, which we will then exchange for the correct order. Please note, we don’t offer cash refunds.
Given the fresh and organic nature of our products, we do not accept any returns (unless, of course, the error is on our side).
